The Children & Young People’s Emotional Health and Wellbeing Directory brings together services and resources across Westmorland and Furness to support the emotional health and wellbeing of children and young people.

Held at Penrith Library on the first Monday of each month from 10am to 3pm, the drop-in sessions are open to anyone aged 16 or over, whether seeking support for themselves or guidance on behalf of a friend, relative or colleague.
Support for the Armed Forces community in Westmorland and Furness has been strengthened with the appointment of a dedicated Welfare Officer based at Furness General Hospital in Barrow.
