Hours of work: 22.2 hours per week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday)

Term time + 2 weeks

The governors are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and innovative person to work within the school’s Student Reception and be the first port of call for enquires from students and the wider community. The post is for 22.2 hours per week, 08.30 to 16.30, working Monday to Wednesday during term time.

Main purpose of post:

The post holder will be a main point of contact for students within the school;

The post holder will be responsible for reception duties, which includes answering phone calls, emails and greeting visitors and parents/carers;

The post holder will be responsible for monitoring registers and following up absences;
