Information and advice on childcare, activities, entitlements and services for families with children aged 0 to 19 years (or 25 years if the young person has a disability or additional need).

Free, up-to-date information, advice, and guidance for families with children aged 0 to 19 (or up to 25 with additional needs), covering childcare, local activities, parenting support, financial entitlements, SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities), and more.

The service includes:

  • advice on childcare options and government-funded support
  • school admissions, transport, term dates, and financial assistance
  • parenting guidance, health and wellbeing resources, and SEND support
  • local activities, parent groups, helplines, and eligibility for various entitlements
