Free, up-to-date information, advice, and guidance for families with children aged 0 to 19 (or up to 25 with additional needs), covering childcare, local activities, parenting support, financial entitlements, SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities), and more.
The service includes:
- advice on childcare options and government-funded support
- school admissions, transport, term dates, and financial assistance
- parenting guidance, health and wellbeing resources, and SEND support
- local activities, parent groups, helplines, and eligibility for various entitlements
