  • full name
  • email address
  • telephone number
  • postcode
  • What3Words location (planting site)

We do not need any special category data from you.

How we collect your data

Why we collect your data

We collect you data to arrange the collection of your tree saplings or hedge pack. Your postcode helps us identify demand in different areas and plan additional collection points if needed. This information is used for general reporting processes and specific planting locations will never be shared publicly.

We may receive personal, special category personal or criminal and law enforcement data about you from the third parties mentioned above and other public bodies and organisations.  In this case, we will tell you the source of the information unless we are unable to do so by law.
